How to delete account
At CoolSurveys, we respect your privacy and offer the option to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To delete your account, please follow these steps:
Contact us directly: You can request account deletion by emailing us at support@grifmif.com. Our support team will guide you through the account deletion process.
From within the app (only if an account was created anonymously): Open the CoolSurveys mobile application and navigate to the Profile section. Locate the option to delete your account and follow the prompts to initiate the deletion process.
Types of Data Deleted or Retained:
Upon account deletion, the following data will be deleted:
User Account Information: This includes your email, password, and account balance.
Technical Information: Device ID, device country, and language associated with your account.
User Profiling Information: Any profiling surveys linked to your account.
List of Taken Surveys: Information regarding surveys you have participated in.
Retention Period:
Please note that while most user data will be promptly deleted upon account deletion, certain data may be retained for a limited period due to our legal obligations or to comply with regulatory requirements. We strive to ensure the prompt and secure deletion of your data in adherence to our policies and relevant regulations.
